Global Shipping Policy – Terms and Responsibilities

Thank you for choosing Fairtex Equipment. We are committed to providing a reliable and transparent international shipping experience. Please review the details below regarding our global shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and customer responsibilities.

 

1. Order Processing

  • In-stock items are typically shipped from Bangkok, Thailand, within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on current order volume.

  • Shipping and delivery operations are conducted only on business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ICT+7).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ICT+7 on Friday, or during weekends, will be processed on the next business day.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight and destination.

 

2. Delivery Time

  • Once payment has been confirmed, orders are shipped directly from our factory warehouse in Thailand within 1–2 business days.

  • The estimated international transit time is approximately 5–7 business days, though this may vary depending on destination country and customs clearance duration.

 

3. Customs and Import Duties : Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are assessed by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary depending on product type and declared value.

  • Once your parcel arrives, DHL (our primary logistics partner) will contact you directly regarding applicable import or clearance fees.

  • Fairtex Equipment functions solely as the seller of record and does not have access to internal customs systems in your country. Therefore, we are unable to estimate or influence import fees or processing timelines.

 

4. Courier Services and Delivery Responsibility

  • Fairtex Equipment partners with trusted international couriers such as DHL. The designated courier for your shipment will be displayed at checkout and reflected in your tracking link once the parcel is dispatched.

  • Any local handling or administrative fees imposed by couriers are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If you request delivery without signature confirmation, Fairtex Equipment will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages.

  • Couriers typically hold packages for 5 days before discarding unclaimed shipments. If a parcel is discarded, no refund will be issued.Once the shipment enters this stage, the order number is no longer eligible for re-shipment or for any chargeback or dispute filing with financial institutions.

  • If a parcel is returned to Thailand, return shipping, import duties, and VAT will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Customers are strongly advised to track parcels proactively and complete any necessary customs payments promptly to avoid such issues.

5. Damaged Shipments

  • To ensure smooth claim processing, we highly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package as proof in case of factory defects or transit damage.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos or video evidence of the product and packaging within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim.


6. European Union (EU) VAT Regulations

  • Effective July 1, 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT regardless of value and require a customs declaration.

  • Applicable to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

7. Address Accuracy and Order Verification

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • Fairtex Equipment cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

  • All orders undergo verification for accuracy, payment validation, and security compliance. In some cases, additional documentation may be requested to confirm authenticity.
