Global Shipping Policy – Terms and Responsibilities
Thank you for choosing Fairtex Equipment. We are committed to providing a reliable and transparent international shipping experience. Please review the details below regarding our global shipping procedures, delivery timelines, customs responsibilities, and customer obligations.
1. Order Processing
- In-stock items are typically shipped from Bangkok, Thailand within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on current order volume.
- Shipping and delivery operations are conducted only on business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ICT+7).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ICT+7 on Friday, or during weekends, will be processed on the next business day.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight and destination.
2. Delivery Time
- Once payment has been confirmed, orders are shipped directly from our factory warehouse in Thailand within 1–2 business days.
- The estimated international transit time is approximately 5–7 business days, though this may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance process, courier operations, and local regulations.
3. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, VAT, and related charges imposed by the destination country are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country and may vary depending on:
- Product type
- Declared value
- Country-specific import regulations
- Local customs assessment
The courier company may contact the customer directly to arrange payment of these charges before delivery can be completed.
Fairtex Equipment functions solely as the seller of record and does not control, collect, estimate, or influence import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or customs processing timelines.
Customers are strongly advised to monitor tracking updates proactively and complete any required customs payments promptly to avoid delays, returns, abandonment, or destruction of shipments.
4. Courier Services & Delivery Responsibility
Fairtex Equipment partners with trusted international courier services such as DHL. The designated courier for your shipment will be displayed at checkout and reflected in your tracking link once the parcel has been dispatched.
- Any local handling, storage, administrative, brokerage, or customs-related fees imposed by the courier are the customer’s responsibility.
- If delivery without signature confirmation is requested, Fairtex Equipment will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages.
- Couriers may hold packages for a limited period before returning, abandoning, or destroying unclaimed shipments in accordance with local customs regulations and courier policies.
If the customer refuses or fails to pay the required import duties, taxes, or customs charges:
- The shipment may be held by customs or the courier
- The shipment may be abandoned or destroyed
Please note:
- Refunds will not be issued for shipments that are abandoned, destroyed, refused, or otherwise not cleared through customs due to non-payment of required import duties and taxes.
- Once a shipment is abandoned or destroyed by customs or the courier, the order will be considered completed and no refund, chargeback, dispute, replacement request, or re-shipment request will be accepted.
Once the shipment enters abandonment or destruction procedures, the order number is no longer eligible for:
- Re-shipment
- Refund request
- Replacement request
- Chargeback or dispute filing with financial institutions
5. Damaged Shipments
To ensure smooth claim processing, customers are highly encouraged to record a video while unboxing their package as supporting evidence in case of factory defects, missing items, or transit damage.
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Please contact us immediately
- Provide photos and/or video evidence of both the product and packaging
- Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect claim eligibility.
6. European Union (EU) VAT Regulations
Effective July 1, 2021, all goods imported into the European Union are subject to VAT regardless of value and require customs declaration.
Applicable countries include:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

7. Address Accuracy & Order Verification
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and recipient details are accurate at checkout.
Fairtex Equipment cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect address information
- Failed deliveries due to incomplete recipient details
- Additional courier charges resulting from address corrections
All orders undergo verification for:
- Payment validation
- Security screening
- Fraud prevention
- Order accuracy
In some cases, additional documentation may be requested before shipment processing.
