ABSOLUTELY DISSAPOINTED

Ordered these by accident, just had the wrong ones in the cart when checking out because I had multiple tabs open. They are extremely small. I I tried to return them and was absolutely disregarded, ignored, and recieved nothing. Not an email. Cannot get the form to return it for a refund. I will NEVER waste my money here again. Fairtex is a joke. Absolutely the worst costumer service I have ever encountered. I didn’t even want these ugly shorts I was trying to get different ones. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FAIRTEX EVER!!!

Fairtex accepts returns of products (excluding sale items or items purchased with a promo code) in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Yes, sale items and products purchased with a promo code cannot be refunded. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, mouth guards and protective cups cannot be returned, even if they are new.
3. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Fairtex will refund shipping costs only if an error was made in the original order (e.g., incorrect style, size, or product sent).
4. How should I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact Fairtex's customer service at info@fairtex.com to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund and will not be returned.
