The Fairtex Sports Club offers a host of different classes. Yoga, group exercise, Muay Thai fitness, tennis and rock climbing are all on offer at our world class facility.

Cardio-vascular Area

Improve your cardio-vascular fitness, lose weight and increase your energy levels with the club's fantastic selection of state of the art treadmills, bicycles, elliptical trainers, cross trainers and rowing machines. With a choice of built in programs your workout will never be boring!

Weight Training

An excellent range of free weights and resistance equipment make Fairtex the club of choice for anyone who is serious about or simply enjoys their weight training workouts. The facility has a large weights area, numerous benches, barbells and an impressive dumbbell range that goes as heavy as 155lbs! Our plate loaded equipment from Paramount strength, Titan and Precor. Tone up, firm up, gain muscle, get stronger - whatever your goal Fairtex has the equipment to meet your needs.

Body Combat

Body combat is a self defense class that uses a combination of Martial Arts and Aerobics to bet over 700 calories per hour. Spinning elbows, back kicks, punches, knees and kicks are all used as students work out to high tempo music.

Body Pump

A great work out for Men and Women. Students warm up with light weights and gradually increasing in weight. Legs, chest, and back are all focused on. Then students move onto the triceps, biceps and shoulders. Students use plates, barbells, and handweights to burn over 500 calories. A good core work out finishes up the 45 minute to an hour long class.

Muay Thai Fitness

Using the science of 8 limbs, students punch, elbow, kick, and knee their way into tip top shape. Over 800 calories are burned in this high intensity class. Warm up with the traditional Ram Muay and punch your way into a better body.

Rip 60

This bodyweight class helps with stability and endurance. The hour long class focuses on bodyweight exercises along with a rope to hit the upper and lower body.

Spinning

Stimulating real bike riding students ride to fast paced music. The ride difficulty is increased as students shift gears up and down. Over 750 calories are burned to fast paced music.

Trampoline Class

Is a great and fun way to exercise. Students increase their stability and core strength while creating a good base for general health. Over 800 calories and hour are burned in this high intensity class.

Zumba

Dancing to a Latin beat, students shake to Salsa, Reggaton, and Cumbia in this 40 minute class. The cardio intensive session lasts 40 minutes and is great for people of all ages.
Fairtex offers a full size pool along with chairs and umbrellas for lounging. Perfect for an afternoon dip or laps for exercise.

With 2 lighted professional tennis courts, you can enjoy your favorite game day or night at Fairtex. Our resident professional tennis coach offers private lessons to help you improve your game, providing individual and group sessions for all ages, levels of experience and abilities

If you fancy a game but don't have a partner to play with, then Fairtex can also provide hitters/knockers and ball boy services*(*ball boy & hitter services are available at a minimal charge)

Our fitness team host weekly social sessions for all levels of player and with regular tournaments and competitions, you can be sure Fairtex will help you stay on top of your game!

Fairtex is home to Thailand's Highest Rock Climbing Wall - Devils Peak! Our professional Fitness team provides supervision and assistance so that whether you are a novice or a seasoned climber you can try your hand at our Devils Peak challenge! With 4 routes up the wall, each one offers a different level of difficulty for your enjoyment.
